Community Rules
Hey and Welcome to The UI Fansites Community a Fansite Hosting Service and Community by using our service you agree to abide with the rules as follows:
General Rules
1. All Members must be over the age of thirteen
2. Members may not Insult, patronize or belittle other members.
3. Racism, Sexism or Any other Discrimination will not be tolerated.
3. No Spam shall be tolerated in anyway any spam will result in a ban forever.
4. No Adult Content shall be accepted in anyway.
5. Only one Account is allowed per person if a member creates another account all accounts will be deleted without warning if you wish to change your username you may do so by hovering over users (in your account)and clicking my profile and beside username click chance username or contact the admin to change it
6. Topics
(a) All Topics must be created in the right forum any topic created in the wrong forum will be moved to the right forum and the member issued a warning.
(b) All Topics must be in the English Language any Topics in Language other than English will be deleted.
(c) Any Topics which break the rules will be Deleted and the creator issued a warning.
7. Comments
(a) All Comments must be in accordance with these Rules
(b) All Comments must be in the English Language
(c) All Comments which break the Law of Northern Ireland will be removed and a Warning Issued
(d) All Comments which discriminate against a person based on sex, sexuality, race, nationality etc, will be deleted and the member shall be warned for each and every comment.
(e) Comments may be monitored or reviewed by the Admin or a Member before they appear at the discretion of the same comments are not private and shall count towards your reputation on the community bad comments can result in a warning more than 5 warnings you are banned.
(f) Comments maybe removed if they break our Rules or for any reason at the decision of the Staff of the Community or part thereof.
8. PMS
Members may send personal Messages to one another Subject to the following:
(a) All PM’s must follow the Community Rules.
(b) DON’T Send any thing you would not shared in PM (Including Credit or Debit Card Details etc,) once sent it can not be unsent take it like this would you share your credit or debit card details etc. with the Man or Women standing in the Street if the answer is no then don’t send it in PM.
(c) Always ask permission before contacting a member via PM (Its the respectful thing to do)
(d) Sharing Links or Photos to Porn Images, Videos, Graphics, Stories will result in a Ban without Warning we all love Porn but this Site is not for that sort of thing.
(e) Selling, Renting, Leasing, advertising any Products or Services through PM will result in a Ban without warning.
(f) Spam will result in a Ban without warning.
(g) Sending Copyrighted Content in PM to another Member will result in both members being issued a warning (this only applies to Video or Music Links and not text or images )
(h) We Reserve the right but not the obligations to review PM’s From time to time.
(i) Members must not open Links or Attachments in PM’S Unless they are sure the Link or Attachment is safe.
(j) We Reserve the right to revoke PM Privileges from a member if he breaks these rules or any part thereof for such time we determine
(k) We shall not be responsible for any faults or other issues whatsoever from members use of the PM System and Members use the PM System at their own risk and shall at all times be responsible for any thing done thereunder.
9. Signatures
Members may create a Signature to use in the Community Subject to the Following Rules and Guidance
(a) All Signatures must comply with the Community Rules
(b) Flashing or Moving Signatures will not be tolerated and will be removed and the member will be warned if they do it again they will have their signature removed and issued a warning another time after the same will result in a ban for 24 hours if the member after the ban does uploads a flashing or moving signature they will be banned permanently from all of our websites and communities.
(c) Signatures used for advertising a product or service will result in the member being banned permanently from all of our websites and communities.
(d) Signatures shall not be used for creating a nuisance or harassing others or be discriminate against any person or class of person.
(e) Any Signatures which claim the member is associated to a company or entity will be removed without warning (its great you have a job but no body needs to know on the community where you work)
(f) Only the Staff of the Community Shall have the right to display links or images in their Signatures except that Members may display one link to their website or blog or social media profiles so long as the content of the same complies with these rules (no adult content etc,)
(g) NO Flashing or rude or spam Signatures Shall be Tolerated if you upload the same you will be warned only once thereafter you will be banned forever.
(h) Only one Image (not flashing or smiley faces) shall be allowed.
(i) only a max of 1500 words shall be allowed in the Signatures
(j) These rules shall be subject to the Community Rules and if any conflict between these rules and the Community Rules are found the Community Rules shall have supremacy
(k) These Rules shall be subject to the Exclusive Laws of Northern Ireland and the Courts of Northern Ireland shall have Jurisdiction thereof
(l) These Rules may be amended from time to time at the admins choosing it shall be members and visitors responsibility to view these rules for any updates but nothing in the member or visitor not viewing the rules shall effect the enforcement of the rules upon the same.
10. Profiles
Members shall have their own Profile on our Community the following Rules apply to the Same:
(a) Profile shall be used for personal use only and may not be used for business use
(b) All Required Profile Fields must be Correct and up to date any profile found with incorrect details will be deleted.
(c) All Content in profiles must belong to the member or they must have permission to use the same.
(d) All Profiles must conform to the Community Rules any Profile caught breaking the rules the member will be punished according to the rule broke.
11. Groups
Members may create a Group, Invite members to the Group, create a forum for the group, change images of the Group the following rules apply to groups:
(a) The Community Rules shall apply to Groups as it applies to the Community.
(b) Groups may only be created for a Subject once if there is a group already for a Subject join that Group.
(c) Any Group which is created for the sole purpose of causing a nuisance, libel, spam, hacking, attacking a celeb or movie or tv show or music or anything else will result in the Group being Deleted without warning and the Creator of the Group shall be Issued a Warning.
(d) Any Groups Featuring Pornographic (Either Legal or Illegal) will be deleted without warning and the Creator will be Banned for such time the admin may determine up to forever.
(e) We Reserve the right but not the Obligations to review Groups from time to time but us not reviewing a Group will not effect the forcement of any rulings giving by us about the group.
(f) Certain Groups may be Reserved to only certain members and you will not pester the Creator of the Group If they refuse your request to join the Group they have their reasons.
We Have the right to delete any group for any reason whatsoever.
12. Usernames
Members shall have the right to chose a Username for their account.subject to the following:
(a) Usernames shall only be changed once within one year but the username may be changed by the admin on request on a case by case bases.
(b) Usernames must be suitable and may not be a Trademarked name or used to advertise any product or service.
(c) Only one Username shall be issued per member for the whole network (including the forums)
(d) Certain Names may be reserved or unreserved by us to stop or allow the name to or not be used on the network.
(e) We Reserve the right to revoke a Username, ask a member to change their username or change a members username for any reason.
(f) Usernames shall belong and continue to belong to The UI Fansites Community at all times (they remain our property) you have no right to transfer your username to any other member or persons.
13. Forums
(a) Only one Forum may be created per subject
(b) any Forums maybe moved, renamed, deleted, redirected, closed or only be restricted to
(c) certain members or group for any reason whatsoever at the choosing of the Admin or the creators of the same
(d) any forum created for a subject where the Forum is no longer required shall be deleted or closed to new topics or comments at the choosing of the admin.
14. Moderators
(a) Moderators may be created by the Admin at any time
(b) Moderators maybe assigned to forums or parts of Forums at the Decision of the Admin.
(c) Moderators have the powers assigned by the Admin at any time.
(d) Moderators maybe revoked by the Admin in accordance these rules.
(c) Nothing in a member being Assigned a Moderator shall effect the provisions of these Rules in so far as Section 4 thereof (Account Deletion) or Deemed to be Employment for the Purpose of the Law of Northern Ireland
(d) Nothing in these Rules shall bind the Admin or create any Contract which binds the Admin or any persons or Entity for the purpose of The Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996
(e) you agree by being assigned a Moderator you will be bound by the Rulings of the Admin in carrying out your duties, and will not be paid for any duties or your time in the same (your Work is voluntary)
15. Punishments
(a) Members may be issued a Warning for breaking the rules
(b) Members shall have 5 warnings allowance per year any breaking of the rules above 5 in one year will result in a Ban until the next year ending at midnight on the 1st January.
Members may be banned for such time as determined by the Admin including Forever for breaking the rules or any part thereof.
(c) Members will not try to do anything which tries to erase or get around the punishment any member who does break this Rule will have their IP Address banned from accessing the servers or any part thereof again.
(d) A Punishment may be extended, revoked or imposed by the Admin for any reason it shall be at the Discretion of the admin to determine such punishments but the member shall be informed of the same within 24 hours before the same comes into effect.
we reserve the right to issue any punishment we do declare at any time.
16. Copyright
Copyright in All Topics, Comments, Profiles etc, must belong to the Member or they must have permission to upload the same any Content uploaded which violates others copyright will be removed and a warning will be issued. If you see something on our Community which should not be On Our Community Report the Content here and we will review and take appropriate action accordingly.
All Copyright Claims must be in Accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom) with Amendments.
17. Account Deletion
Members may delete their Account from their profile – settings and clicking delete account or contacting the admin
Please Note: If a Member deletes their account their Hosting, Forum and Community Accounts will be Deleted and accounts can’t be Undeleted once deleted.
Members may request the admin delete their account by sending a pm to the Admin in the Community requesting their Account be deleted
Members Accounts not logged into within 3 years will be deleted but members will be informed by email within 7 days of their account being deleted to login to their Account if the member logs in to the Community within 7 days their account will not be deleted thereof.
A Member may Request their Account be Suspended by sending a PM to The Admin in the Community
Please Note: suspended accounts shall be deleted within 4 years of the suspension request unless the member reactivates the account by emailing the admin informing him they wish to resume the account.
The Admin has the right to delete an Account or Restrict a Members access to the Service or any part thereof for any reason whatsoever.
18. Hosting Rules
Members of the Community may apply to Host a Fansite for their Favourite Show, Celeb, Film, Music, Hobby etc, subject to our Hosting Rules
19. Governmental Law, Commencement, Amendments, Repeals, etc.
These Rules shall have effect from 12th April 2025 and revoke any other rules enacted before that date and may be amended, extended, revoked at anytime the Updated rules shall have effect upon being enacted and any revoked rules shall cease to have effect upon being repealed. These rules shall apply to All Sites, Forums etc, either Under Our Control or a Member. That the Law of Northern Ireland shall apply to these rules and the Courts Of Northern Ireland shall have Jurisdiction thereof. If any part of these Rules is unenforcible under the Laws Of Northern Ireland that rule shall be revoked only in so far as the Inconsistent parts no longer apply but no other. These Rules maybe amended or repealed from time to time it shall be the Members Responsibility to view this page from time to time for updates but nothing in the members not viewing this update for effect the enforcement of these rules upon the member. Any updates of these Rules shall come into effect upon the day enactment unless some other date or time maybe declared in the same.
20. Disclaimer
In no way Will we, our Partners, Parent (RJM Entertainment Group), staff (Including RJ Davidson ‘the Admin’), host be liable for any cost or other civil or criminal action from members use of the Service or any part thereof by using our service or any part thereof you agree to hold us harmless and waive the right in any case whatsoever unless not able to waive the same under the Law of Northern Ireland (mainly death) in case of Conflict with these Rules the Admin shall make the final decision or both parties to these rules (us and the member) shall with the agreement of each other refer the Same to the Courts in the City of Belfast, in the County of Antrim, Northern Ireland or such other courts of Northern Ireland for their Determination and any ruling of the Court shall be final and enforceable to both parties for so long as the rules remain in effect nothing in this Subsection shall be bind Any Court or Effect the enforcement of Future Rules from time to time enacted.
