HOSTING RULES

Members of the Community may apply to Host a Fansite for their Favourite Show, Celeb, Film, Music, Hobby etc,

• All Fansites Must be used for the purpose of Hosting a Fansite.
• All Fansites must log out servers will be deleted.
• One Link Back in the footer of all Fansites are required (This is inserted Automatically) you may not hide, discolour, move or remove the link back in any way.
• All Copyrights in content of Fansites must belong to the member or they must have permission to use the content.
• We reserve the right to refuse request for hosting, delete a site, limit the space allocated, suspend a site, remove or assign a member as a admin of the site or any thing whatsoever but the member shall be notified at least 48 hours before the same unless the action is beyond our control or required so by a court of law or member breaks our community rules.
• Only one Fansite is allowed per account and per member.
• All Members must be a part of the community for at least one year before they may request hosting.
• all Fansites must have a Homepage which is on our server.

Plugins

Prohibited Sites

Any Site which is Pornographic, Spam, scam, Hacking, Business in nature are Prohibited and will be deleted without warning and the member banned from signing up for a Fansite Again.

Ads and Banners

 We DO NOT allow any banners or ads to be displayed on any Site except Celeb or Fansite Link Exchange any sites caught with Banners or Ads on their Site will result in a warning if the same happens again the member will be removed as a admin of the site and the site will be put up for adoption, Any Site which displays Paid for Advertisement including google ads without the permission of the Network will be suspended without notice, This does not apply for Subdomains of Domains which the domain belongs to the member and where the Part of the Site displaying advertisements are hosted elsewhere.

Subdomains 

We Provide Subdomains to Hosting Costumers by using one our Subdomains you understand that the Subdomain continues to belong to The UI Fansites Community and you may not transfer, redirect, sale, lease, divide the subdomain in any way and it must be used for the Purpose of Hosting a Website on our Server and no other reason whatsoever.

Subdomain Names may be reserve to stop members using the Name for any reason whatsoever including trademark, copyright, legal reasons, or if the name is offensive.

A Subdomain may be reserved, transferred, deleted, changed, redirected by us for any reason at our choosing

The Subdomains shall continue to belong to RJ Davidson and The UI Fansites Community and nothing in these rules shall effect the ownership thereof.

Recaptcha 

Hosting Members will be required to have a Recaptcha Account which can be got from here free and all Hosting members shall be required to have Recaptcha installed on their Website failure to install Racaptcha within 7 days of signing up for a Hosting Account will result in your Hosting Account being Deleted.

Akismet 

Hosting Members will be required to have a Akismet  Account  which can be got from here free and all Hosting members shall be required to have  Akismet installed on their website failure to install Akismet within 7 days of signing up for a Hosting Account will result in your Hosting Account being Deleted.

Forums 

Members may create their own Forum on their website where members of your site may interact , Members who host forums will be required to display a Link to our Community Rules on their Website and have a page displaying the rules of the Forum

Hosting Members shall be responsible for any actions and content of their Forum and be responsible to keep things legal and under order.

Forum Admins may Make Groups of Users who shall have Permission to view a Forum or view or comment in a Topic and even deny access to a forum or topic to groups of users.

Forum Admins may create Forum Users Rankings and issue badges depending on rankings

Hosting Disclaimer 

Content in our members sites are copyright of their respectful owners if you see something on one of our Sites which should not be on the site Report It and it will be removed asap, in no way is The UI Fansites Community, its agents, partners, staff, parents responsible for any thing in the hosted sites under the Control of  Users, Admins of Sites shall at any times remain responsible for any content in their websites including any violations therein.

Governmental Laws, Commencement, Amendments etc,

These Rules shall have effect from 12th April 2025 and shall revoke any other rules enacted before that date and may be amended, extended, revoked at anytime the Updated rules shall have effect upon being enacted and any revoked rules shall cease to have effect upon being repealed.These rules shall apply to All Sites, Forums etc, either Under Our Control or a Member.That the Law of Northern Ireland shall apply to these rules and the Courts Of Northern Ireland shall have Jurisdiction thereof.If any part of these Rules is unenforcible under the Laws Of Northern Ireland that rule shall be revoked only in so far as the Inconsistent parts no longer apply but no other.In no way Will we, our Partners, Parent, staff, host be liable for any cost or other civil or criminal action from members use of the Service or any part thereof by using our service or any part thereof you agree to hold us harmless and waive the right in any case whatsoever unless not able to waive the same under the Law of Northern Ireland (mainly death) in case of Conflict with these Rules the Admin shall make the final decision or both parties to these rules (us and the member) shall with the agreement of each other refer the Same to the Courts in the City of Belfast, in the County of Antrim, Northern Ireland or such other courts of Northern Ireland for their Determination and any ruling of the Court shall be final and enforceable to both parties for so long as the rules remain in effect nothing in this Subsection shall be bind Any Court or Effect the enforcement of Future Rules from time to time enacted.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy shall apply to any Website Administrated by us or any of our Web Masters and shall protect your privacy and Data while using our Websites or any part thereof by using our website (s) you agree to abide by the Privacy Policy as though it will enacted in these Rules.
